Who I Work With
Women of Faith who are currently employed (W-2). You may also have a side business or the goal of starting a small business.
You are managing the finances of your home and doing all the things you’ve heard you should do, but you’re not quite sure if you’re doing it right or how it all fits together. I help you set the foundation and allow you to see the big picture and then guide you on how to take the smaller steps to attain your goals, with expertise and a whole lot of empathy.
Financial Services
Comprehensive Financial Planning
We look at your complete financial picture. This includes topics such as: goal setting, cash flow analysis, debt management and pay off, investments, tax planning, purchasing/selling real estate, education savings, retirement planning, charitable giving, insurance and estate planning. We set the foundation, then have quarterly meetings to discuss and ensure you are on the right track. I become your accountability partner through the process. Minimum starting fee is $4,300.
Early Career Planning
The financial advice I received early in my career is what allows me to do what I am doing now. This service is offered to clients under 30 years old, with less complicated financial situations. You are in the early years of earning, and you are not sure what the next best steps are for your income, paying down debt (credit cards or student loans), saving, planning for retirement, while balancing living a fulfilled life. Minimum starting fee is $2,500.
Investment Management
You have accumulated investable assets over your career, and you do not want the task of investing the assets by yourself. We take the time to understand your goals and objectives, risk level, and educate you on our investment philosophy. The fee is based on the investable assets. For investments greater than $350,000, we include Comprehensive Financial Planning. % Fee charged decreases based on the investable assets .
Financial Planning and Investment Management
We work together on the financial topics that are most important to you, along with guiding you on investments and the part it plays in your portfolio and goals. Minimum fee of $4,300 and would be a combination of financial planning fees and investment management fees.
One Time Consultation
You need a qualified financial professional to guide you on a few burning topics and you don’t need ongoing guidance. We have a two (2) hour consulting call. This is not comprehensive financial planning. The fee is $1,000 at the beginning of the engagement. We have one 30 minute follow up call to check in to ensure you are on the right track, two months later.
Investment Management Services
Investment Management Services are available for Clients utilizing our Ongoing Financial Planning. Our standard advisory fee is based on the market value of the assets under management and is calculated as follows:
All Clients with over $350,000 of investable assets will work on a financial plan together, at no additional cost.
Account Value | Annual Advisory Fee |
$0 – $500,000 | 1.25% |
$500,001 – $1,000,000 | 1.00% |
$1,000,001 – $3,000,000 | 0.75% |
$3,000,001 and Above | 0.65% |
The annual fees are paid in advance on a quarterly basis. The advisory fee is a tiered fee and is calculated by assessing the percentage rates using the predefined levels of assets as shown in the above chart and applying the fee to the average daily balance throughout the quarter. Fees are negotiable. No increase in the annual fee shall be effective without prior client consent.

KAYSIAN GORDON
I have a passion for working with women of faith in their finances. As a woman of faith myself, I understand how daunting it can be to share finances with a virtual stranger. My background of working in the financial arena for more than 20 years, first working with ultra high net worth clients, plus my ability to take complicated topics and discuss them in a simplified and relatable way is what sets me apart from many financial advisors you will meet.
